TipsiQ does not guarantee the delivery, timing, or receipt of any notification, reminder, alert, email, text message, push notification, or other communication.

Notifications may be delayed, blocked, misdirected, interrupted, or fail to be delivered due to factors beyond our control, including device settings, internet connectivity issues, third-party service providers, operating system restrictions, spam filtering, or technical failures.

  • Errors in tax rates, calculations, or estimates;

  • Missed, delayed, or undelivered notifications;

  • User failure to review information generated by the Service;

  • Reliance on information provided through the Service; or

  • Any interruption, malfunction, or unavailability of the Service.

Use of the Service is at your own risk, and all decisions made based on information generated by TipsiQ remain solely your responsibility.

TipsiQ does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.
The App operates entirely on your device. Information created using the App remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them yourself.
We do not collect:

  • Personal information

  • Email addresses

  • Names

  • Phone numbers

  • Contacts

  • Location data

  • Uploaded documents

  • Scan contents

  • Usage analytics

  • Account information

No account is required to use the App.
Offline Functionality:
The App is designed to function offline. Your files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to external servers.
Data Security:
Because the App does not collect or store user data, your information remains under your control on your personal device.
Third-Party Services:
The App does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

Subscription Plans
TipsiQ offers recurring subscription plans, which may include:

  • Monthly Subscription

  • Annual Subscription

Subscription pricing and features are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize TipsiQ and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis:

  • Monthly subscriptions renew every month.

  • Annual subscriptions renew every year.

Renewal charges will occur at the then-current subscription rate unless otherwise disclosed.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable app marketplace.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Your active subscription will be refunded to you.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.
No partial-month or partial-year refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.
Free Trials and Promotions
TipsiQ may offer free trials or promotional subscriptions.
Unless otherwise stated, at the end of the trial period your subscription will not automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will not be charged.
Payments
All fees are payable in the currency displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
Refund Policy
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial subscription periods

  • Unused subscriptions

  • User dissatisfaction after subscription use has begun

Any refund requests will be reviewed at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
